We’re always thinking about lunch (always!) and how to make it a more delicious, enjoyable experience for our beloved customers. We want to make your lunchtime as simple, streamlined, and satisfying as possible, so we’ve designed our menu to help you find what you’re looking for quickly and easily.
That’s why we use a few simple icons to categorize our daily dish offerings. Using these icons and our menu filtering functions, you can skip straight to the dishes that may best suit your dietary requirements, preferences, and cravings.
Keep reading below to learn how we define each category, and how to select your menu view to find your favorites:
Our vegetarian meals are designed to follow lacto-ovo guidelines, which means no meat, fish, poultry, or products derived from those foods. These meals may include grains, fruits, vegetables, ALL beans and legumes (including peanuts), seeds, nuts, dairy, eggs, and honey.
We follow basic vegan diet guidelines when designing our vegan meals. That means no meat, fish, poultry, dairy, eggs, honey, or products derived from any of those foods. These meals may include grains, fruits, vegetables, ALL beans and legumes (including peanuts), seeds, and nuts.
Our Paleo items may include meat, seafood, fruit, vegetables, eggs, nuts, seeds, and unrefined sugars. Our Paleo menu items do NOT include any grains, beans, legumes (including peanuts), dairy, refined sugar, or white potatoes.
If you’re looking for a lighter bite at lunchtime, our Small Plate options are marked with a blue icon to help you skip ahead to menu items with smaller portions or less hearty ingredients compared to other entrees. Every appetite is unique, of course, but we have incorporated extensive user feedback to help us designate our Small Plate dishes.
We use our Smart Choice icon to help you find our healthiest dishes on the menu. While there’s no one dish that’s right for everyone, these options rank well on at least three out of four of the following criteria: 1. Low in refined sugar or simple carbohydrates (below 15 grams per meal), such as white rice, white bread, white flour, and white potatoes. 2. Contains healthy fats, including most plant-based oils and fats from nuts. 3. Contains lean proteins, including fish, skinless chicken, skinless pork loin, lean cuts of beef, skinless turkey or plant-based protein. 4. High in fiber, greens, or fruits.
If you like a bit of kick to your food, this one’s for you! We use this icon to denote any dish that packs some heat, such as a spicy sushi roll or fiery curry. If you prefer to walk on the mild side, you will likely want to avoid any dishes with the spicy pepper icon.
We are pleased to offer an array of delicious options for our gluten-free customers. These menu items do not contain wheat or any related grains, such as barley or rye.
Our dairy-free menu items contain no milk, cheese, or butter, and no hidden dairy ingredients, such as whey or casein.
Now that you know what our menu icons mean, you can use them to sort the menu of the day according to your preferences. To do so, click on the “Sort Dishes” drop-down at the top of your ordering page. Then you’ll see a range of categories to choose from.Whichever category you select, the corresponding dishes will be displayed first on your menu page, followed by “All Other Choices.” So for example, if you’re in the mood for something hot and spicy, you can select the “Spicy” icon to see all spicy options listed first on the page. Then you can keep scrolling below to see if any other non-spicy options catch your eye.
Here are a few more sorting options that can help you find your perfect match at a glance:
Standard: This option shows our full range of dish options in the default order, with no particular items highlighted at the top of the page. If you’re feeling up for anything, this is a great way to find something new and exciting.
My Favorites: Use this option to go straight to your go-tos! If you’ve favorited any dishes in the past, you’ll see them first on the page.
Most Popular: These are the most popular dishes of the day. Choose this option from the drop-down to see which items are flying off the shelves, then place your order soon so you don’t miss out!
Highest Rated: Our customers love these dishes, and we hope you will too! When you select this option from the drop-down, you’ll see the dishes of the day ranked in order of their reviews, starting with the highest-rated.
