To answer your question, many of the sandwiches come from restaurant partners which are limited in flexibility. However, we do try to keep many of the condiments and toppings on the side to offer a more customizable, DIY experience. We’d be happy to guide you to those type of lunches if you’re interested. Especially soup and salad combos. Also it would be great to be able to know what lunches are gluten free if the dressing isn’t used or the naan is not included.
