Allow substitutions! i.e. “Mayo on the side” “Hold the tomato, it makes the bread soggy” “dressing on the side” These items are made to order at a restaurant I’m pretty sure… Why can’t you have it the way you want? I’d order a lot more often if some simple substitution/deletion options were available
Hi Derek! Thanks for your feedback. We will definitely take that into consideration as we continue to work on improving our menu. To answer your question, many of the sandwiches come from restaurant partners which are limited in flexibility. However, we do try to keep many of the condiments and toppings on the side to offer a more customizable, DIY experience. We’d be happy to guide you to those type of lunches if you’re interested. Please let us know here or feel free to reach out to support@eatclub.com. Thanks again for your comment!
More gluten free options would be great. Especially soup and salad combos. Also it would be great to be able to know what lunches are gluten free if the dressing isn’t used or the naan is not included. Need more variety in GF selections, please.
Hi Liz! Thanks so much for your comments. You make a great point that certain components can be set aside making the dish gluten-free. We’ll definitely take that into consideration as we improve our sorting feature. In the meantime, we’d be happy to point you in the direction of some of those gluten free dishes. Please reach out to support@eatclub.com any time when you’re looking for a gluten free option. Thanks again!
